Mari Kay holds a BS and MS in Communicative Disorders from Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and an MBA from Capital University in Columbus, Ohio. She received her Doctorate in Business Administration from Saint Leo University in Florida and a is a 2024 graduate of the Networking Breakthrough Academy in Columbus, Ohio.

 

Mari Kay's diverse professional background provides opportunities to assess needs, develop programs, and to coach, while her experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist facilitates her expertise in communication. Her professional mission is to enhance the lives of those she meets to allow them to be the best they can be. She believes in the power of education, and subsequently formed The TILE Mentoring Academy to teach others to become mentors.
